In color masterbatch, precipitated barium sulfate can partially replace pigments and affect the coloration of the product. The substitution rate of precipitated barium sulfate for red, yellow, green, and blue pigments varies, with an average of around 20%. This does not reduce the color effect of plastic products and may even enhance it, while also improving whiteness and covering power and reducing costs. When replacing 20% of the titanium dioxide pigment, precipitated barium sulfate significantly increases the product's covering power and whiteness and improves the dispersibility of titanium dioxide. Moreover, the choice of paint surface gloss is as critical as the choice of color.

To create value for our customers, we enhance dispersion performance and powder electrification theory and technology quickly and effectively. This helps customers further reduce and substitute expensive pigment usage. Through collaboration with Gemme Specialty Chemicals (GSC), customers gain even greater benefits.
